Nicely decorated place with affable staff, everything was good. The location was particularly good and stunning yet it was right next to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. A market and all the main stores were right next door. The service was great, totally satisfied. Had a very nice time.

We liked incredible and stunning location.
A superior double room with a great view over the sea, had requested this in advance. Location: the hotel was close to all the bars, the waterfront across from the ferry terminal and a seaside promenade with lots of restaurants.

The superior double room was tiny, how can two people even fit in there, and only one chair? Absurd! Expected a free welcome drink for my trouble but was treated like every other guest. No parking nearby and the bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The location, and the staff. All the people that work in the hotel that i have seen are very friendly and polite.
The hotel is not very clean. I have seen hair on my towels that was so disgusting i have even took photos of them. Also there are some smaller other issues like the remote control that works but does not turn off the tv, there is moist on the wall and also there is a wifi in the room with 2 euros per hour extra charge but there is not a desk in the room to put your laptop on. The location and the amazing architecture of the building could put this hotel right on the top of all the hotels in Volos, It is a pitty the hotel to loose points due to cleaniness, and due to its pure decoration within the room.

The room overlooked the Port and was really quiet for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was fantastic, offering both hot and cold options. Plus, the super nice team with everything, including parking information

The breakfast was really rich.
Well, in generally is is not so bad hotel, but overpriced. 60 EUR is far too much.

Popped over from Skiathos to Volos for 'retail therapy'. Hotel ideally situated for this purpose....a stone's throw from ferries etc. Both room and breakfast were delightful. The hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The manager was extremely helpful in allowing us to extend our checkout by 2 hours, thank you.
The rooms at the back of the hotel can be very noisy with the incessant traffic. Would advise requesting any other room.

Really good service and location
I was actually surprised by the fine views of the bay from the spacious balcony. The breakfast was good, especially Christina.
The parking situation was a bit tricky. It seemed like there were not enough spaces available.

The friendly staff, the location the spacious room with the very high ceiling.
There was a smell of cigarette in the room, but it was the only room left in the hotel when I booked it
